What you’ll own

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and Generative AI applications on Azure
• Architect and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD automation
• Oversee AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Champion Responsible AI principles, ensuring fairness, explainability, and privacy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that generate real business value
• Mentor junior engineers in ML development, MLOps, and Azure-based AI best practices

Who you are

• 5+ years as a senior AI/ML engineer with end-to-end project ownership
• Proficient in Python, with experience in ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and open-source models (Hugging Face, GPTs, LLaMA, etc.)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem: Azure ML, Data Lake, Data Factory, DevOps, AKS, AI Foundry
• Skilled in MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure as code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• Experienced in analyzing, optimizing, and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
