We work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and system integrators to turn buildings and spaces into experiences.


The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong industry credibility to drive business growth in architectural lighting and media façade projects. This is a relationship-driven, project-based sales role, focused on specification, design influence, and long sales cycles rather than transactional selling.

You will represent Vivalyte at the highest level — technically confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts across architects, lighting designers, consultants, developers, and system integrators
  • Drive specification-led sales for architectural lighting and media façade projects
  • Identify, track, and convert project pipelines from concept to completion
  • Work closely with internal design, engineering, and product teams to shape solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts
  • Represent Vivalyte at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Provide market feedback on trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Support strategic partners and distributors where applicable


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of sales experience in architectural lighting, media façade, AV, or building technology
  • Proven track record in project sales (B2B, long-cycle, high-value projects)
  • Strong network among architects, designers, consultants, developers, or contractors
  • Solid understanding of LED lighting, control systems (DMX/Video mapping), or media façades
  • Commercially confident with pricing, margins, and negotiations
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
