Group PMO Executive

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, where some work can be carried out from home. As a Group PMO Executive / Strategy Analyst, you will oversee program and project management processes, ensure adherence to timelines, and manage resources effectively. You will develop strategies to align with business priorities, analyze performance data, prepare reports, provide insight-driven recommendations, and assist in budgeting and financial planning. The role demands strong coordination and consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and ensure objectives are met.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Experience in Program Management and Project Management, ensuring effective implementation and delivery of goals
Excellent Communication skills for reporting, presenting findings, and engaging with stakeholders
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to optimize resource allocation
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
