ICT Service Desk Agent

Within our ICT ERP team, we are looking for an ICT Service Desk Agent who gets energy from supporting users, unraveling problems, and contributing to a smoothly running ERP environment.

ICT Service Desk Agent (ERP)

Your role

As a Service Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our ERP users. Our ERP system supports the entire operational flow, from order intake to invoicing. You help ensure that everything runs smoothly.

In practice, this means you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for questions and incidents related to the ERP system
• Assess incoming requests correctly and, where necessary, forward them to the appropriate team
• Create new users and assign the correct access rights
• Provide first-line support and resolve a large share of issues independently (both technical and operational)
• Coordinate more complex issues with ERP Business Analysts or ERP Software Developers
• Develop and maintain clear, practical documentation for users and Service Desk colleagues
• Ensure clear and timely communication so all stakeholders remain well informed

Your profile

You are someone who enjoys learning, keeps an overview, and gains energy from collaboration.

• An ICT-related degree is a plus
• You have an interest in ERP systems and the operational processes linked to them
• You are eager to learn and curious about new developments
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
• Even during busy periods, you remain friendly, positive, and well organized
• You are a strong communicator and a true team player
• You quickly get to the core of a problem and think in solutions; you can correctly prioritize incoming issues
• You manage deadlines carefully and work efficiently
