Nexeo is looking for a Business Analyst – Marketing Automation (Adobe Campaign)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support marketing automation initiatives within the Tribe Customers environment. The mission focuses on designing and optimizing customer communication workflows, ensuring high-quality customer data usage, and aligning marketing strategies with technical execution and regulatory compliance.
The role acts as a functional expert for Adobe Campaign, driving campaign workflow design, data integration, and customer lifecycle communication management.
Your role
As Business Analyst – Marketing Automation, you will:
Requirements & Solution Design
Translate marketing objectives into functional and technical specifications.
Define campaign workflows including segmentation, personalization, scheduling, and multi-channel communication (email, SMS, push).
Design use cases, user stories, and process flows aligned with platform capabilities.
Workflow Optimization & Performance
Configure and optimize campaign workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (delivery, open rate, click rate, conversion).
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues with IT and platform teams.
Data Governance & Compliance
Ensure communication compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
Define data mapping and synchronization rules with CRM and analytics systems.
Maintain audit trails for high-risk or mandatory communications.
Stakeholder Management & Testing
Act as the main interface between marketing, business teams, and technical experts.
Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and requirement validation sessions.
Support UAT by defining test scenarios and validating outputs.
Continuous Improvement
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes.
Follow industry trends in marketing automation and personalization.
Promote best practices for campaign governance and adoption.
Profile requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing platforms.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience in regulated environments is a strong asset.
Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
Languages
French, Dutch, and English – professional working proficiency required.
