Company Description
EV Kommons is established in 2017, with a vision to create better EV charging experience in Hong Kong. EV Kommons is buddy of EV drivers and carpark operators which provides a comprehensive service for smart charging system and management system for carpark stakeholders including EV charging-enabling infrastructure engineering work, system design, consulting and maintenance service. To date, we have completed numerous design-and-build projects for the Environmental Protection Department, enabling over 4,000 parking spaces.
Role Description
To support our rapid business expansion, EV Kommons seeks dynamic professionals to lead innovative charging projects and advance their careers.
Lead full lifecycle project management for smart EV charging solutions, including design, installation, site supervision, budget control, technical submissions and compliance with HK safety standards for on-time, on-budget delivery.
Prepare CAD/BIM drawings (shop drawings, layout plans, as-built drawings) and handle related technical design and installation tasks.
Oversee project planning, execution, performance monitoring, and deliver regular progress reports to senior management.
Coordinate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless project completion.
Manage tender preparation, budget estimation, risk assessment and regulatory submissions.
Chair project meetings (office or site) to align on deliverables, mitigate challenges, and drive sustainability goals aligned with HK's EV roadmap.
Qualifications
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or relevant fields.
At least 8-year relevant experience in electrical installation works or building services coordination; electrical design experience preferred.
Registered Electrical Worker (AT LEAST Grade A0) highly preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Strong leadership, planning, organisation and troubleshooting skill;
Passion on start-up and personal growth.
Good communication skill, self-motivated and good command of English and Chinese;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
