In a context of ambitious growth and transformation, the company aims to evolve its Supply Chain from a primarily operational model to one that is architectured, scalable, KPI-driven, and digitally enabled. The objective is to build a robust and competitive Supply Chain model capable of absorbing significant growth without compromising profitability. Mission The Head of Supply Chain will take full ownership of the end-to-end Supply Chain transformation: Define and lead the network architecture across Benelux and aligned governance structures Drive structural performance improvement and operational excellence Deploy the digital Supply Chain roadmap and automation initiatives Optimize cost-to-serve, working capital, and overall profitability Strengthen resilience and business continuity strategy Structure the organization and develop high-performing teams This is not a traditional logistics leadership role. We are looking for a builder and transformer capable of combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Profile Required We are explicitly seeking: An entrepreneurial executive with a strong transformation mindset A decision-maker capable of driving execution A leader combining strategic architecture with operational proximity A collaborative partner for Sales, Network, Finance, IT, and HR A structured and mobilizing leader (not a lone-wolf profile) Experience Required 15+ years of experience in complex Supply Chain environments Proven track record in network redesign and large-scale transformation Multi-site leadership experience Strong financial acumen (EBITDA, working capital, CAPEX) Experience in digitalization and automation Fluent French and Dutch (mandatory), professional English
