Planty Lab is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Hong Kong. We partner with ambitious e-commerce and local brands to drive measurable growth through performance marketing — with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Growth Marketing Executive who is excited to work directly with clients, learn media buying hands-on, and build performance-driven campaigns that move real business numbers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategy, execution, analytics, and communication — and wants to grow into a strong performance marketer. Key Responsibilities Meta Ads Execution & Optimization Support the planning, setup, and execution of Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), including campaign structure, targeting, placements, and budgeting Assist with ad creative coordination, copywriting, and landing page alignment to improve conversion outcomes Monitor performance daily/weekly and optimize based on key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR) Client Communication & Project Coordination Participate in client meetings and assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops Prepare campaign updates and performance summaries for clients with clear insights and next-step recommendations Coordinate with internal team members (creative/content) to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency Reporting & Insights Track and interpret campaign KPIs and help generate performance reports Conduct competitor research, audience insights, and offer/angle testing ideas to inform campaign strategy Support experimentation (A/B testing) for creatives, audiences, and funnels AI & Workflow Efficiency Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Poe, Grok) to improve productivity in ideation, copy drafts, analysis, and documentation Maintain organized documentation and campaign SOPs for internal efficiency Additional Support Assist on brand/community initiatives, events, and ad-hoc tasks to support smooth delivery across accounts Requirements Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above (fresh graduates welcome) Strong interest in performance marketing, e-commerce growth, and paid social advertising Proficient in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus) Strong written communication skills and an analytical mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is a plus (training provided) Comfortable with numbers and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets basics) Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an advantage Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Poe, Grok) — or strong willingness to learn What We Offer A collaborative, energetic team culture that values growth, curiosity, and high standards 5-day work week with flexible work hours Hands-on training in media buying, campaign optimization, and client communication Exposure to e-commerce and local brands across multiple industries Access to workshops, learning resources, and our entrepreneur network via DOT CLUB Clear growth path with potential for role advancement based on performance
