THE OPPORTUNITY
Belipact Group is an ambitious, growing organisation active in the energy transition and infrastructure sector. Through our subsidiaries, we serve both B2B markets (industrial installations, infrastructure projects) and B2C markets (residential energy solutions). We are evolving from a traditional installer to a strategic Energy Partner, and we are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to architect our marketing function from A to Z.
This is a key leadership role with direct reporting to the Group CEO. You will have the freedom to build a world-class marketing machine, backed by short decision lines and the support of a financially healthy company with a startup mentality.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Head of Marketing, you own a dual mandate: building a strong group brand and market positioning while driving demand generation, performance, and commercial impact. You are not just a strategist — you are a full-stack marketer who translates technical expertise and innovative solutions into a data-driven commercial strategy. You will architect the full funnel, transforming our CRM/ERP infrastructure (Odoo) into a proactive commercial engine that generates qualified leads for sales.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
01 Group Marketing & Brand Strategy
Define and own the group marketing and brand strategy. Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and narrative that reflects our transition to a strategic energy partner. Ensure brand consistency across all entities (Holding, B2B, B2C). Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on market opportunities and brand evolution.
02 Brand Architecture & Governance
Guard brand architecture across the Holding (Corporate Trust), B2B branches (Industrial/Infrastructure), and B2C branches (Residential). Translate our value proposition into sharp, compelling campaigns. Establish brand and marketing governance frameworks that define centralised versus local execution. Support subsidiaries (Belivert, Batimont, Ingelec, Battery4Industry) with strategy, tools, and templates — ensuring alignment without limiting local effectiveness.
03 Full-Funnel Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
Lead demand generation in close collaboration with subsidiary leadership and sales teams. Build and scale repeatable, data-driven approaches: lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), digital acquisition, and nurturing workflows. Build rapport in AI-search engines (AEO). Transform our CRM/ERP environment (Odoo) from an administrative database into a proactive commercial engine: build dynamic customer segments, implement intelligent lead scoring and automatic nurturing flows, and optimise conversion at every digital touchpoint.
04 Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
Define and execute a comprehensive content and thought leadership strategy for the entire organisation. Create frameworks that support both brand authority and demand generation. Elevate the visibility of executives and subject matter experts. Personally drive the creation of high-impact content: whitepapers, case studies, sales decks, and executive communications that translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
05 Organisation, Team & Budget Management
Build, structure, and lead a high-performing marketing organisation. Develop internal capabilities and talent. Own and manage the group marketing budget. Make strategic decisions on build-versus-buy and internal-versus-external resource allocation.
06 Vendor & Partner Management
Select, manage, and coordinate external agencies and marketing partners. Optimise vendor relationships for quality, speed, and ROI. Foster productive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
• 10–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally spanning both B2B and B2C environments
• Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C demand generation and performance marketing
• Experience leading marketing across multiple entities or in a group/corporate structure
• Background in energy transition, industrial services, construction, infrastructure, or engineering (preferred)
Technical Skills & Capabilities
• CRM/ERP expertise: Hands-on experience with integrated CRM/ERP platforms (Odoo preferred) — workflows, lead scoring, intent scoring, reporting, and dashboards
• Campaign management: Hands-on with WordPress, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and Google (Ads, Analytics, Search Console) for building and optimising campaigns
• Digital marketing: Deep proficiency in SEO, SEA, and emerging AEO (AI-powered search engine optimisation) strategies
• Analytics: Strong ability to analyse customer journeys and optimise conversion across digital touchpoints
• Data-driven: Ability to link marketing efforts directly to revenue and growth metrics
Soft Skills & Mindset
• Languages: Dutch and French (native or near-native), English (proficient) — able to present to the Board and create content in all three languages
• Full-stack marketer: Not just a strategist but a doer. Equally at home presenting to the Board as creating content or launching a campaign
• Structured & execution-focused: Proven ability to deliver results with discipline, reliability, and attention to detail
• Performance-driven: Understands both the power of brand and the imperative of ROI
• Proactive & autonomous: Takes ownership, asks intelligent questions, has the confidence to say 'no' to protect strategic focus
• Socially intelligent: Marketing is not just 'sending' — it is about listening to clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating effectively with sales and internal stakeholders
