Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Data Assistant / Data Entry Clerk based in Hong Kong SAR, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in organizational databases, ensuring the integrity and security of the data. Daily responsibilities include data cleaning, conducting quality reviews, generating reports, and working closely with the team to analyze and interpret data trends. The candidate may also assist with other administrative tasks related to data management as needed. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics Experience with Data Management and handling Databases Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and reporting findings Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with sustainable energy or eco-friendly industries is a plus Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications for data entry and analysis
