Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Event & Project Manager to join our growing team in the sports, entertainment and leisure space. In this role, you will manage end-to-end projects and events – from planning and coordination to on-site execution – ensuring every activation runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support marketing campaigns, client events, and leisure/entertainment experiences.
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events and projects from brief to completion
Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and logistics
Support marketing initiatives related to events (e.g. promotional materials, social content, client comms)
Liaise with clients, venues, and partners to ensure smooth delivery
Prepare post-event reports and improvement recommendations
Requirements
5+ years' experience in events, projects, or related roles
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
Experience in marketing and/or entertainment & leisure is preferred, especially in campaign execution, content support, or event promotion
Prior exposure to sports, entertainment, leisure, sports, or hospitality projects will be a strong advantage
Proactive, detail-minded, and comfortable working under tight timelines
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Manager position.
