Then we'd love to meet you. Your position on the team As a Supply Chain / Operations Assistant, you'll play a key administrative role in our day-to-day operations. You'll support the team in processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. Thanks to your precision and coordination, everything runs smoothly — from order creation to arrival in the warehouse. Your main responsibilities include: Creating and following up purchase orders (POs) (administrative supply chain) Supporting order processing and shipment documentation Communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries and paperwork Checking order confirmations and shipping details Monitoring stock levels and delivery timelines Providing administrative support to other operations teams (transport, customs, warehouse, planning) Contributing to process improvements within the supply chain and order flow You'll work closely with colleagues in transport, customer service, and master data, and report to the Operations Manager / Team Lead. Your strengths Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1–3 years' experience in an administrative supply chain, logistics, operations role Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confident working with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) Structured, accurate, and eager to learn Strong communication skills (English required – additional languages are a plus) Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage Affinity with sports or sporting goods is a plus Your reward At United Sports Brands Europe, you're not just taking a job – you're joining a team where you can grow, learn, and make an impact.
