As the Sales Team Leader in Belgium/Luxembourg, you will be given with the responsibility of driving the Sales team to success, while supervising and coaching the team-members to become the best in their field. On the same time, you will be given with challenging task of making sure your team attracts new customers and increases market penetration, while maintaining excellent relationship with our business partners and with our internal Channel and Presales teams. Key Responsibilities
Develop and coach all sales staff under supervision
Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales target with the team
Increase market penetration
Build strong engagement and relationship with clients, sales and presales team
Strong focus on new customer acquisition
Manage pipeline generation and accurate forecasting for new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh
Develop local market intelligence and competitive take-out
Develop and coach all sales staff under supervision
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Sales Management in IT industry
Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
Good skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
Business acumen and process driven
Result oriented and action driven
French, Dutch and English speaker
