Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project / Programme Manager based in Hong Kong SAR, with some work from home flexibility. The Project / Programme Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects/programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key tasks include managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing project progress, and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes. They will also play a pivotal role in stakeholder communication and reporting project updates.
Qualifications
Project Management and Programme Management expertise, with the ability to define, plan, and execute complex projects
Strong Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, and Team Leadership skills
Risk Management and Problem-Solving capabilities
Proficiency in Project Management Tools and software
Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and manage remote and in-person collaboration
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline)
Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are an asset
