Role Summary 

As an intern within our Process, Transformation & Support team, you will step into the heart of a global finance operation. This role is designed for ambitious Master's students in Engineering or Business who want to apply theoretical knowledge to high-impact projects. You will support our transition to S4/Hana and the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), gaining hands-on experience in project management and financial systems within a multinational environment.

Your Responsibilities 

• S4/Hana Migration: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by refining test descriptions, documenting results, and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with accountants to assess system bugs and collaborate with vendors to ensure swift resolution.
• RPA Development: Participate in the design and build of automation solutions using UiPath, while documenting existing processes to ensure scalability.
• Performance Monitoring: Support the first-level management of RPA incidents and track bot performance across accounting workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to daily operations and process optimization initiatives to meet team-wide transformation goals. 

Your Profile 

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Engineering, Business School, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical Curiosity: A strong interest in digital transformation, change management, and automation tools.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is considered a significant asset.
• Mindset: A proactive team player with an analytical approach and a genuine desire to learn within a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Availability: Looking for a structured internship experience as part of your degree requirements.
