Head of Marketing – Belgium Brussels | Full-Time | Leadership Role Are you ready to lead marketing for a high-growth, consumer-facing digital platform in Belgium? We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to own and drive the country-wide marketing strategy, leading a local team while working closely with senior leadership and central marketing functions. This is a highly visible role with full ownership across brand, performance, CRM, partnerships, and local market activation, directly impacting growth, loyalty, and customer preference. As a member of the Country Management Team, you'll play a key role in shaping strategic direction and accelerating business performance in a competitive, fast-moving market. What You'll Be Responsible For Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the local marketing strategy in line with overall country and business objectives Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Country Director and senior leadership Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional local marketing team Brand, Performance & Growth Oversee all marketing channels including brand campaigns, performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, PR, social, TV, and online video Own media strategy and budget decisions, ensuring maximum ROI and business impact Drive brand awareness, consideration, loyalty, and frequency across Belgium Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure commercial initiatives and partner offers are fully supported by marketing Align with central Brand, Performance, and Retention teams, providing strong local market insights Ensure global campaigns and partnerships are executed flawlessly at local level Market Activation & Visibility Strengthen brand presence through local activations, partner marketing, and last-mile visibility Advise senior stakeholders on strategic decisions related to brand, performance, and retention in the Belgian market What You'll Bring Essential Experience Senior-level experience across all core marketing disciplines Proven track record leading high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams Strong background in marketing strategy development and execution Experience managing media strategy and significant budgets Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, analytics, and performance reporting Skills & Mindset Commercially minded, strategic, and execution-focused Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive, consumer-driven environment Languages Fluent Dutch or French + English (written & spoken) Additional languages are a plus Why This Role Full ownership of marketing for an entire country High visibility and influence at leadership level Opportunity to shape brand and growth in a competitive digital market Dynamic, international, and performance-driven environment Strong emphasis on collaboration, ownership, and impact
