DPAM - Internship Institutional Sales Support


Context
The position of institutional Sales Support is offered within the DPAM Sales Team in charge of serving institutional clients and prospects in Belgium. The team is located in the headquarters of DPAM in Brussels, is headed by Bernard Jans and consists of 5 relationship managers (with a focus on mandate clients), 3 institutional fund sales (with a focus on distribution clients) and 1 sales support officer. We are looking for a team player with a commercial profile with interest for asset management/financial markets and for contributing to the delivering of high-quality marketing documentation to DPAM's institutional clients and prospects. This covers a.o. the preparation and maintenance of standard requests for proposals (word based) via the Qvidian tool, marketing presentations (ppt based) and MiFID cost simulation tools (excel based) related to DPAM investment expertise.

Your position
The function consists of contributing with the rest of the DPAM Belgium sales team to the delivering of high-quality marketing documentation to be used towards DPAM's institutional clients and/or prospects.

This covers a.o. the following tasks related to the documentation of DPAM investment expertise:

  • preparation and maintenance of standard requests for proposals in FR/NL/EN via the Qvidian tool (word based)
  • preparation and maintenance of marketing presentations in FR/NL/EN (ppt based)
  • maintenance of MiFID cost simulation tools (excel based)

The function is offered in the context of a sales team operating on an open floor at DPAM premises in Brussels whereby the DPAM sales colleagues are on a daily basis in contact with institutional clients and prospects and need at all time high quality supporting commercial documentation.

The sales support officer will closely work with the DPAM Belgium Sales Team, the DPAM RFP team and the DPAM Marketing team and will report to the head of the DPAM Belgium Sale Team.

Your profile
We are looking for a team player with a commercial profile with interest for asset management/financial markets and with a high motivation for contributing to the delivering of high-quality marketing documentation to DPAM's institutional clients and prospects.

Sound knowledge of word/excel/powerpoint is a must (with ability to handle both redactional and data computing missions).

Knowledge of FR/NL/EN is more than welcome given the use of these 3 languages in DPAM's marketing documentation.

A full-time occupation in the team would be appreciated (with a 3-4 days a week frequency being a minimum).
