Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role located in Hong Kong SAR, with some flexibility to work from home. As a Group PMO Executive / Strategy Analyst, your responsibilities will include supporting program and project management activities, analyzing data and trends to inform strategy, assisting with budgeting and resource allocation, and ensuring effective communication across teams to support organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and execute projects efficiently. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Expertise in Program and Project Management: Hands-on experience managing projects and programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. Effective Communication Skills: Proficiency in delivering clear, concise, and professional communication across diverse teams and stakeholders. Competence in Budgeting: Ability to forecast, track, and manage budgets effectively to optimize resource utilization. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in program or project management are a plus.
