We're looking for a Product Lead who's ready to level up our product through sharp discovery, bold experimentation, and crystal-clear vision. In short: you'll figure out what the next best move is, why it matters, and how we bring it to life to create a product people will love
What you'll do?
You'll take ownership of product direction, from discovery all the way to go-to-market:
Lead customer & user discovery. You talk to users and customers, observe them, test with them, and translate their real needs into product opportunities.
Master the product roadmap. You transfer feedback and vision into the roadmap, and keep everyone aligned on the \"why\".
Prototype & validate fast. You design early concepts, run rapid validations, and use learning loops to de-risk decisions.
Own the product experience. You can visually design flows and concept interfaces for smooth transmition to design, ensuring usability and clarity.
Drive experimentation (A/B testing). You run controlled experiments to improve conversion, retention, and messaging.
Improve user retention. You spot drop-offs with your toolstack, formulate hypotheses, and ship improvements that keep users coming back.
Long term vision. Leap forward, improve product strategies and stay ahead on the competition.
Enable internal sales. You create a clear product pitch, maintain the product narrative, and support feature selling.
Close the market feedback loop. You gather sales feedback on what sells (and what doesn't), detect patterns, and refine priorities accordingly.
Balance user + customer needs. You step into both shoes and find the best-fit solution for integration into our targeted customer segments.
Business modelling mindset. You think in value, viability, and scalability, not just features
Skills we are looking for?
You have +2years of experience in product ownership for a digital product (startup or scale-up vibe is a plus).
You're strong in customer discovery, market research, and problem framing.
You're comfortable with rapid prototyping and validation, from sketch to test to iterate.
You have a solid sense of UX and visual product design — you can create first designs yourself.
You love experimentation and data-informed decisions (A/B tests, funnel thinking, retention metrics).
You're not afraid to talk to customers, ask tough questions, and challenge assumptions.
You communicate sharply across teams.You dare to take a decision and bring it forward.
You're structured, proactive, and thrive in ambiguity.Nice to haves: MedTech / healthcare / regulated environments, AI products, B2B SaaS growth.
You like to work onsite with the team.
