Job Title: Elite Online HKDSE Tutor
Role Summary:
Gudong Network Technology Co., LTD is an innovative education consulting firm dedicated to transforming the HKDSE preparation experience through a tech-driven approach. We are currently seeking passionate, high-achieving Online HKDSE Tutors to join our expanding elite network. In this role, you will be crucial in delivering high-impact, tailored academic support to senior secondary students (e.g., Form 6). Success in this position means empowering students to achieve top-tier exam results while utilizing our digital platforms for seamless, efficient knowledge delivery.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and customized 1-on-1 or small group online tutoring sessions focused on HKDSE syllabuses (with current high demand for Physics English version, M1/M2, and Economics).
Assess individual student learning gaps and develop targeted instructional strategies to ensure maximum academic improvement.
Utilize digital teaching tools effectively to conduct interactive online classes.
Monitor student progress, assign appropriate practice, and provide constructive, timely feedback.
Collaborate with our matching team to maintain a high standard of educational service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education & Academic Excellence: Current university student or graduate from a leading institution with an outstanding academic track record (Level 5 or above in the relevant HKDSE subjects you wish to teach).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to teach the curriculum entirely in English (while explaining concepts in Cantonese/Mandarin) is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with remote working software and online whiteboard tools.
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep familiarity with the latest HKDSE examination formats, grading schemes, and past papers.
Experience: Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is a strong advantage, though exceptional candidates with a strong passion for education will be considered.
