JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Enterprise Risk Management Department's mission is to support Client's Executive Management in objectively assessing the company's operations.
It reviews and evaluates the implementation of governance, the proper functioning and effectiveness of internal control measures, as well as how risks are mitigated.
The Enterprise Risk Management Department also uses its expertise to help departments facilitate change. The department is characterised by its independence and its approach focused on quality, performance, and, more broadly, continuous improvement.Concretely, you will:
Contribute to the consolidation of risk mitigation action plans
Contribute to the collection and formalisation of metrics (KRIs)
Contribute to identifying and formalising changes in risk posturesContribute to the design and management of the incident management process and tools
Contribute to updating the risk framework (policy and procedure)
Contribute to formalising information for project/program managers
Contribute to integrating ad?hoc analysis results into risk profiles
Use incidents as a lever for continuous improvement (root cause analysis, implementation of mitigation measures, etc.)
Must Have
Ability to identify key risks, build a risk register, define mitigation measures, and monitor implementation (to be demonstrated during interview)
Ability to interact with senior management (to be demonstrated during interview)
Fluency in English
Fluency in French or Dutch, with at least intermediate level in the second language
Master's degree in business, economics, management, engineering, audit, or equivalent
Proven experience in a risk management–related role within Audit, Quality, Risk, or Compliance department
Proven experience with a risk management framework (operationalization or implementation) in a business context
Should Have
Formal training in risk management (academic or professional)
Experience analyzing incidents or operational issues, including root cause analysis
Experience applying a risk management framework within projects, supporting PMs and Program Managers in standardizing risk practices
Experience in process modeling / business process analysis
Experience in stakeholder management, including interaction with senior management
Experience in the energy sector, ideally within a DSO
