Product Assistant/ Specialist – Transport

Our Transport team focuses on building and scaling payment solutions for the taxi and wider transport ecosystem in Hong Kong. This includes in-vehicle payment terminals, driver apps, fleet dashboards, and integrations with payment partners and regulators. You will be at the heart of digitizing one of Hong Kong's most traditional industries.
What You Will Do
Bridge taxi/transport partners, internal stakeholders, and product/engineering to turn business needs into clear product requirements.
Support end-to-end product development for transport products (terminals integration, driver apps, fleet portals), including requirements, UAT, and rollout.
Coordinate and perform product testing in real-world transport scenarios to ensure reliability, usability, and compliance.
Work with BD, Operations, and Support to deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing support for fleets, drivers, and partners.
Conduct market and competitor product research on transport and mobility payments and propose actionable enhancements.
Analyse feedback from drivers, fleet owners, and internal teams to inform product design and roadmap.
Join on-site activities such as terminal installations, pilots, and training when required.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Digital Product, UI/UX, Computer Science, IT, Business, Logistics, Transport Management, or related.
1–3 years' experience in product, project, operations, or client-facing roles in SaaS, fintech, transport/mobility, logistics, or tech start-ups.
Experience with payment solutions, POS terminals, mobile apps, or hardware/software integrations is a plus.
Familiarity with Hong Kong's taxi/transport ecosystem and regulations is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent spoken and written Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and support occasional on-site or off-hours launches.
Self-motivated, hands-on team player who enjoys building and scaling products.
