Regional Manager – HVAC Solutions

The company designs and delivers high-performance heating, ventilation, and cooling systems that contribute to a more sustainable built environment. To strengthen its presence in Antwerp and Limburg, they are looking for a Regional Business Manager – HVAC Solutions to expand their market reach and build lasting customer partnerships.

As Regional Manager, you will take the lead in growing the company's commercial presence in Antwerp and Limburg. You will act as the key representative for HVAC solutions in the region — nurturing relationships with clients and partners, developing business opportunities, and driving sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who wants to combine strategic impact with hands-on relationship management in the sustainable building sector.

• Strengthen the company's market position in HVAC solutions across Antwerp and Limburg.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with installers, distributors, and building sector professionals.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and turn them into successful sales results.
• Represent the company at industry events, professional networks, and regional trade fairs.
• Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Define and execute regional business plans aligned with strategic growth objectives.
• Act as a trusted ambassador of the brand, promoting innovation and sustainability in every interaction.

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a technical or HVAC-related environment.
• Strong relationship builder and communicator, comfortable engaging with clients at different levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven, with a collaborative attitude.
• Genuine interest in HVAC technology, sustainability, and energy-efficient systems.
• Possession of a valid Category B driver's license.

• Fluent in Dutch (required).
• Good command of French to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
• Professional level of English for internal communication and product or technical documentation
