Relationship Manager – Correspondent Banking (Hong Kong FinTech)
Location: Hong Kong
Type: Full-time
Compensation: 28,000 HKD/month + KPI-based performance bonus
We are a fast-growing Hong Kong-based fintech building core financial infrastructure for fintechs and small banks. Through a single integration, we offer settlement accounts, FX, on/off-ramp, cards, QR payments, and acquiring solutions.
We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Correspondent Banking to own and grow relationships with banks and financial service providers. This is a strategic, high-impact role, not a back-office or accounting position. You will be the primary point of contact for all partner interactions, leading onboarding, supporting product launches, and ensuring smooth long-term collaboration.

What You'll Do:
•Own and manage relationships with correspondent banks, EMIs, PSPs, and other financial service providers.
•Lead end-to-end onboarding processes covering commercial, compliance, and operational requirements.
•Act as the strategic liaison for all partner interactions, driving collaboration and long-term partnership success.
•Support launches of accounts, FX, cards, QR payments, acquiring, and on/off-ramp solutions.
•Build and maintain a strong network of fintech and banking contacts locally in Hong Kong and internationally.
•Ensure regulatory compliance by passing the Hong Kong regulator's fit & proper assessment.
This role is not accounting, back-office, or operational support. We are looking for a candidate with strategic relationship management experience in banking/fintech, not transactional or admin experience.
How Success Is Measured:
•Number of correspondent banks and FI partners onboarded
•Efficiency of onboarding and time-to-live for partners
•Number of live products per partner
•Partner engagement and ongoing activity
•Quality of relationships and strategic influence
What We're Looking For:
•Proven experience managing relationships with banks, EMIs, PSPs, or other financial institutions
•Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure and payment products
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
•Proactive, independent, and execution-oriented mindset
•Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate
•Bonus: existing network within Hong Kong fintech or banking ecosystem
