The process engineer will play a key role within a large-scale digital transformation, with a strong focus on making process change happen as the organization moves toward the target state. The role centers on translating future process designs into concrete, workable ways of working, including refining governance models, guidelines, and operating practices. Acting as a core member of a process rewiring squad, the process engineer works closely with the Process Owner, broader squad team, and the process excellence team to ensure that redesigned processes are clearly implemented, formally documented and sustained, including providing the content required for documentation, SOP updates and related artifacts. The goal of the transformation is to deliver end-to-end centralised and compliant clinical data management with agentic processes. The scope of RUBY is global and covers all Candidates and all Assets in Development and all Assets on the market still with Development activities. Key activities of the role include: • Actively participate and drive working sessions with process owners, SMEs, and process excellence team to capture future process details and drive process engineering • Drive process rewiring by translating the future process design into refined ways of working ensuring relevant stakeholder alignment and implementation (e.g., review governance, coordinate with relevant governance meeting owners to update governance charters where needed) • Create standardized templates for key process documents and prepare guidelines to ensure consistency across Assets & Candidates (ensuring adherence to and adoption of appropriate tooling and systems e.g., to maintain version control and use of standardized tooling across the organization)
