Our Logistics Center in Grimbergen is an indispensable link in the chain. From here we support our supply chain at every turn. Every day, thousands of spare parts leave our warehouse for dealers and customers all over the world. Our Logistics Center is an essential hub for the Middle East, Europe and Africa. We organize the transport to these regions and provide a reliable after-sales service.
As a Night Shift Supervisor (22:00 – 06:00) at our Grimbergen Distribution Center, you are responsible and accountable for the planning, leadership, and operational excellence of a team of approximately 30 employees, including 2 Team Leads. Your scope covers all warehouse activities, ranging from highly automated zones to conventional storage areas.
You will collaborate closely with rotating shift teams to ensure resources are deployed according to the correct priorities. We expect a flexible approach from you and your team across various activities, including goods receiving, order picking, packing, and loading/unloading.
Working alongside your Team Leads, you will strive to meet productivity and quality targets. Additionally, you will maintain a strong focus on safety, team development, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements/ skills:

Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in night shift operations.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and warehousing systems is a plus.
A strong passion for logistics and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
