Role Overview To support our rapid growth, OMODA & JAECOO Belux is looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Manager. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee all training activities for our dealership network—ensuring that sales teams are fully equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities · Develop a comprehensive training strategy covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills for salespeople across the Belux dealer network. · Coordinate with external and internal training providers to create, refine, and deliver high-quality training content. · Manage and maintain the training platform (LMS), ensuring content accuracy and timely updates. · Monitor training progress and completion rates, providing regular reporting to management and ensuring compliance with brand standards. · Organize live training events, both online and in-person, including product launches, skill workshops, and certification sessions. · Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Product teams to ensure training materials align with brand and business objectives. Competencies Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Strong affinity with the automotive industry. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools. Continuous improvement mindset Education and Experience Demonstrated hands-on automotive experience is essential and will be prioritized over purely academic background; Relevant technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Technical Education, or a related field; Proven experience in training development, coordination, and delivery (sales, product, or skills training); Up-to-date knowledge of current automotive technologies, tools, and industry developments (including EV technology); Experience within dealership networks or OEM environments is preferred; Fluent in Dutch and/or French is a must. Good working knowledge of English.
