Business Development Director
Our client, a retail experience agency, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive their next phase of growth. In this high‑impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of winning new business – identifying, engaging and converting opportunities across target markets. You’ll help shape the business‑development strategy while executing with pace, purpose and precision, collaborating closely with Commercial teams and global colleagues to win business and bring the tenacity, insight and creativity needed to differentiate our client’s offering in a competitive environment.
What you’ll do - Drive lead generation and convert early‑stage pipeline into closed opportunities.
- Shape and execute the prospect acquisition strategy, aligned with annual business plans.
- Validate and qualify leads to determine scalability of revenue and profitability.
- Manage new business communications from first contact to close, collaborating across teams to pitch effectively.
Experience required - Demonstrable sales experience with a passion for new business and measurable results.
- Proven ability to build and grow strategic client relationships that scale revenue.
- A strong network of relevant, high‑value prospects within the retail sector.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to craft compelling proposal materials.
- Experience in CRM pipeline management.
