As Head of Short-Term Trading , you will lead the Short-Term Trading Desk , part of the Business Platform Power Trading & Commercial . Your mission is to maximize the value of ENGIE’s power portfolio in the CWE region (Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands) and capture opportunities in the fast-moving pan-European intraday markets .
You will manage a team of traders operating 24/7 , ensuring performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong leadership to thrive in a highly competitive and evolving market environment. You will work closely with Algorithmic Trading, Optimization, and Commercial teams to deliver best‑in‑class results.
