Function:

For the Mechanical Department in Antwerp we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who will have the following responsibilities :

• Making specifications, evaluations and selections of machinery and fabricated static equipment for the process industry, in accordance industry norms and (inter)national codes & standards
• Attending inspections and tests of machinery & equipment during and after fabrication
• As a mechanical engineer you will fulfill a crucial role in projects in the (petro)chemical & pharmaceutical industry, and you will act as an interface with the other engineering disciplines.

Profile:

• Safety is your first priority
• Master degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanics)
• Strong team player
• 7+ years experience as an Mechanical Engineer
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English
• 10% travel is required
