Position Title: Senior Procurement Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Consultant to lead our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, negotiating high-value contracts, and managing complex supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement advanced procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
2. Lead negotiations for high-value contracts with key suppliers.
3. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
4. Manage and mentor junior procurement staff, providing guidance and support.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly.
7. Prepare and present detailed procurement reports to senior management.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
2. 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
