Position Title: Senior Procurement Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Consultant to lead our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, negotiating high-value contracts, and managing complex supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts with key suppliers.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Manage and mentor junior procurement staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present detailed procurement reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
