Medior Sitecore developer

We're looking for a Medior Sitecore Developer to strengthen our Web Team's advancements. With at least 5 years of experience, you've adeptly navigated the landscape of web development, crafting immersive and user-friendly web platforms. Your prowess in Sitecore CMS and backend integration will be crucial in propelling our web initiatives to the forefront, ensuring state-of-the-art, seamless, and user-driven web experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Web Development Leadership: Steer our Sitecore projects, developing intricate web platforms, ensuring top-notch user experience and consistency.

2. Performance Oversight: Oversee the evaluation and enhancement of web platform performance, ensuring smooth operation and high reliability.

3. Backend Integration Mastery: Collaborate closely with the backend team, integrating web platforms for consistent and real-time data exchange.

4. Design Collaboration: Convert complex UI/UX designs into seamless, top-quality web interfaces, while setting standards for the wider developer team.

5. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure seamless functionality across various browsers, troubleshooting any browser-specific challenges.

6. Continued Advancement: Lead the integration of the latest trends in Sitecore and web development, fostering an environment of ongoing learning and evolution.

7. Testing & Assurance Leadership: Set benchmarks using Sitecore-centric testing tools to ensure the reliability and unparalleled performance of web platforms.

8. Communication & Mentorship: Offer regular project updates, actively solve challenges, and promote transparent communication. Guide and train junior developers, sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development, backed by a portfolio of impressive web platforms.
2. Experience in Sitecore 10 XP with containers, analytics and marketing forms.
3. Experience with Sitecore migrations and version updates.
4. Expertise in seamless backend integration for consistent data exchange.
5. Thorough knowledge of web development frameworks, life cycles, trends, and cutting-edge technologies.
6. Proficiency with tools inherent to Sitecore, and familiarity with version control tools.
7. Proven aptitude in performance optimization techniques, ensuring consistency across diverse web browsers and versions.
8. Solid grounding in Agile methodologies, emphasizing servant leadership, collaboration, and rapid, iterative growth.
9. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams, paired with a mentoring spirit.
10. Steadfast pursuit of excellence, with a focus on continually enhancing user experience and platform performance.
11. Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of handling demanding scenarios and adjusting to a dynamic work setting.
12. Outstanding communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
13. Experience to deliver L2/L3 support experience.
14. Willingness of on-demand 24/7 availability for production incidents.
15. Proficiency in Dutch or French + English is a must.
