We’re on the lookout for a Data Scientist to join our expanding AI & Data start-up.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical aspects of data science projects, from conception to deployment.
• Designing and implementing scalable data science solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructures.
• Developing and optimizing machine learning models to drive actionable insights and automation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Taking ownership of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables in an agile environment.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists.
• Engaging in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scaling them into production-ready solutions.
• Working in cloud-based environments and following MLOps best practices.
• Communicating insights and technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences.

You’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-driven projects.
• Experience in diverse industries and solutions, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills is considered as a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL .
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure is a plus).
• Experience deploying ML models and following MLOps best practices.
• Understanding of data engineering principles to support scalable AI solutions.
• Ability to design and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scale them into production.
