What You Will Do

• From day one, you will be embedded in real client projects , where you build a strong foundation in consulting skills and business/IT understanding .
• Help structure complex business and technology problems
• Contribute to analyses that inform business and digital strategies
• Build clear, high-quality slides and Excel models
• Help translate insights into clear, client-ready recommendations
• Take part in workshops and client interactions

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for Master’s or PhD graduates in Engineering Science, Business Engineering, or related fields who are at the start of their professional career. Who:

• Are curious, precise, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and quality
• Are open to coaching and feedback
• Are motivated to build a career at the intersection of business and technology
• Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have a solid understanding of the other language; strong English skills are required
