We are partnering with a fast-growing, challenger iGaming brand seeking a commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead global acquisition strategy and scale sustainable growth.
This is a high-impact, C-suite position for a hands-on, data-led marketing leader with a startup mindset and a proven ability to build high-performing acquisition engines in competitive markets.
About the Role
As CMO, you will take full ownership of new customer acquisition and marketing performance across multiple channels. You will lead and scale an established acquisition team while driving innovation across PPC, affiliates, influencer partnerships, and emerging growth channels.
This role requires someone who can operate strategically at board level while remaining deeply analytical and performance-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global acquisition strategy
- Build and optimise scalable, data-driven organic and paid growth engines
- Lead, develop and structure a multi-channel marketing team
- Oversee PPC, affiliate, influencer, and performance marketing channels
- Test and implement emerging trends and new traffic opportunities
- Drive ROI, CAC optimisation, and sustainable long-term growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and leadership to align growth strategy
- Provide clear reporting and visibility to executive stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven C-suite marketing experience within iGaming or adjacent high-growth sectors
- Extensive experience in performance/acquisition marketing
- At least 2 years leading and scaling teams
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated success building organic acquisition engines
- Experience working with influencers and streamers
- Background in challenger brands or high-growth environments
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup-style businesses
Strongly Preferred Background
- Crypto gaming operators
- FinTech, crypto exchanges, or creator-platform ecosystems
- Experience in crypto-led or Web3 growth environments
Requirements
- Native or fluent English
- Remote, but must operate within CET hours
