Functional Service Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors

Your role focuses on implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions across diverse customers. You will apply your HRIS expertise to design and deliver enhancements, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate closely with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze support tickets, diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Identify root causes of errors and evaluate new SuccessFactors features.
• Design and implement new functionalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to build strong relationships and spot improvement opportunities.
• Document processes, configure system, conduct testing, and train end‑users.
• Assist in workshops, blueprinting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• +3 years of HRIS experience, either as a key user or consultant.
• Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, customer‑oriented mindset.
• Driver's licence and willingness to travel.
• Interest in a broad range of HR processes from core to talent across sectors.
