Role Description

The full‑time Regional Manager for West‑Vlaanderen will be based on‑site in Roeselare. This role involves overseeing and managing operations within the West‑Vlaanderen region, including supervising teams, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Regional Manager will also focus on fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and clients, monitoring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively.
• Technical knowledge and expertise in fire detection, intrusion systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Proven ability to oversee projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Organizational and problem‑solving capabilities, with a results‑driven and proactive approach.
• Experience in the security or technology sector is an advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; knowledge of French or English is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
