Interim CFO (Large Cap PE)

Camino Search are looking for an experienced Interim CFO to support a large‑cap Tech firm backed by PE during a period of transition. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee finance function and day to day operations
Lead budgeting and financial planning processes
Support the Executive leadership team with strategic decision‑making
Continuous improvement to financial controls, processes, and metrics
Provide clear visibility on ARR, churn, gross margin, and SaaS unit economics
Manage investor reporting and external stakeholders
Support digitalisation and automation of financial processes and controls

About You

Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition
Hands‑on, detail‑driven, and comfortable in a scale‑up environment
Able to start quickly and add value from day one

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE TRAVEL TO OFFICES IN CENTRAL EUROPE
