About The Role

As an AI Architect , you will make an impact by designing, building, and scaling production-grade GenAI systems with Python at the core and AWS platforms. You will be a valued member of the Data & AI team and work collaboratively with product, data, and platform teams to translate business goals into robust AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

• Define reference architectures for RAG pipelines and agentic systems, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of AI/ML systems, including model selection, training, and deployment.
• Leverage AWS AI/ML services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2, EKS) for cloud-native solutions.
• Architect conversational AI (chatbot) capabilities with RAG and LLM fine-tuning strategies.
• Establish observability and evaluation frameworks for LLM Ops, including tracing and monitoring.

Work Model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring regular presence in Brussels, Belgium.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 15+ years in technical roles, with 5+ years in enterprise-scale AI/ML solution design.
• Expert in Python (typing, async, packaging), FastAPI/Flask, and API design.
• Hands‑on delivery of RAG systems and agentic workflows.
• Strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP for AI workloads, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Solid grounding in security & compliance (IAM, PII handling, audit logging).

These Will Help You Stand Out

• Experience with agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
• Familiarity with observability tools for LLMs (LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize Phoenix).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering patterns and safety techniques.
• Certifications in AWS GenAI, Azure AI, or GCP ML/GenAI.
