Responsibilities- Take ownership of the cold section—from prep to service
- Organize your mise en place and manage orders with precision.
- Deliver consistency and quality during busy services.
- Keep hygiene and cleaning standards high at all times.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements within your section.
Profile- You hve a passion for Asian flavors and modern cooking techniques.
- Experience in a fine dining kitchen helps you thrive under pressure.
- You're hands-on, reliable, and motivated to grow.
- Teamwork matters to you—you communicate clearly and support colleagues.
- You take responsibility for your section, from setup to closing.
Schedule- Tuesday through Saturday
- Sundays, Mondays and Thursday lunch off
