按照课标要求和教务处制定的教学课表按时完成教学任务,全面提高教学质量。
根据学校要求,做好教学工作,反馈和跟进学生学习情况以及撰写学生期中期末学科评语,定期检查和分析教学质量,及时补缺。
认真参加校内外教研活动,学习教育科学理论和学科专业知识,自觉进行教学基本功训练。
按照教务处的统一安排,积极组织和辅导学生开展学科课外活动,开拓学生的知识视野,激发学生的学习兴趣。
认真做好学校分配的其他工作,如竞赛辅导、评比总结、IT教室日常管理维护、学校信息化运维工作等。
积极保持与家长沟通学生的学习生活,做好家校沟通的桥梁。
岗位要求:
本科及以上学历,计算机等学科背景,有海外学习或教学背景优先;
两年以上ICT/STEM教学工作经验,可胜任双语或全英教学;
持相应学科、学段教师资格证(应届生可放宽);
专业功底扎实,学科素养深厚,有学科竞赛指导经验和优异成绩优先;
热爱教育事业,认真踏实、不断进取,责任心强具备良好的团队意识。
