About Our Client
Our client is based near Nivelles.

Job Description
As an Inside Sales (FR / EN) at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :

  • Planning meetings for the sales team.
  • Prospecting new leads and clients.
  • Follow-up of clients.
  • Keeping the CRM up to date.
  • Drafting commercial offers.
  • Follow‑up on quotes and customer reminders.
  • Updating commercial databases.
  • Improving and automating existing templates.
  • Follow-up of purchase orders.
  • Monitoring stock.
  • Coordinating deliveries.
  • Receiving, shipping, and tracking materials.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Inside Sales (FR / EN) for our client would have the following skills :

  • At least, a bachelor degree.
  • Around 4 years of experience in a similar position as Inside Sales or supporting the Sales department.
  • Fluent in English & French.
  • Dutch is a plus.
  • Commercial Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Experience with a CRM (SAP, Salesforces, etc...)
