Intro

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple business and IT projects within a dynamic hybrid environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered end-to-end with a strong focus on business value, budget control, and stakeholder alignment.

This role requires a hands-on project leader who builds strong partnerships with business teams and ensures structured, transparent communication throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, covering both business and IT streams.
• Translate business cases into actionable project plans aimed at realizing benefits efficiently.
• Align stakeholders on scope, budget, timing, risks, and expected added value.
• Facilitate structured communication and reporting across all involved parties.
• Ensure sufficient space for testing, feedback loops, and retrospectives.
• Maintain end-to-end project ownership, from initiation to delivery.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and constructive stakeholder engagement.

Experience & Competences

Must-Haves

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing IT-driven transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Expert-level experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Stress-resistant and capable of delivering under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
