Leadership Program Designer


Our client is a prominent player in the European energy sector dedicated to building a sustainable and reliable infrastructure. The project involves designing and coordinating impactful leadership journeys to strengthen organizational culture, enhance strategic capabilities, and support the company's ongoing transformation.
Design and manage end-to-end leadership development journeys using a blended learning approach.
Translate leadership competency needs and business strategy into structured and engaging development programs.
Curate and source high-quality internal and external content to enrich leadership pathways.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address specific skill and behavior gaps.
Align organizational strategic priorities with leadership development initiatives.
Coordinate activities with external providers, trainers, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
Drive internal communication and change management efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.
What are we looking for?
You have 5+ years of experience in leadership, talent, or learning and development within a large, international organization.
You bring expertise in designing blended learning journeys and leadership pathways using digital learning tools.
You possess a strong command of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and coaching approaches.
You have a solid grounding in project management, communication, and change management.
You're a proactive professional with strong relational skills and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
Nice to Haves
Experience in instructional design or e-learning creation.
