We are partnering with a leading Asian asset management firm to appoint a Product Manager focused on the development and structuring of tokenized and crypto fund solutions. This newly established role sits within an innovative product strategy team committed to advancing the firm's digital asset capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to tokenize existing fund structures and support the launch of new crypto or tokenized funds.
Drive product design, implementation, and regulatory alignment for digital fund products across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across investment, legal, operations, and technology teams to bring digital asset projects from concept to market.
Stay informed on digital asset regulations, tokenization frameworks, and blockchain applications relevant to asset management.
Develop a roadmap that bridges traditional investment products with emerging digital asset solutions.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in product management, investment solutions, or digital asset initiatives within asset management, fund platforms, or financial institutions.
Proven experience in tokenizing funds, structuring crypto funds, or developing blockchain‑based investment products (not trading).
Strong understanding of fund structures, ETFs, and cross‑border product development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build commercially viable solutions in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with regional and global digital asset regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
