Business Analyst

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst, based in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and developing action plans to achieve strategic goals. The role involves creating and documenting business requirements, evaluating data for decision-making, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and support strategic decision-making
Expertise in Business Analysis, including defining and assessing organizational needs
Proficiency in identifying and improving Business Processes and workflows
Ability to gather and document Business Requirements effectively
Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting findings
Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Previous experience in the media or publishing industry is highly advantageous
