针对学困生进行课后辅导,组织数学兴趣小组或竞赛培训。
培养学生逻辑思维、问题解决能力及数学应用意识,渗透学科核心素养。
参与校本教材编写、教学案例研讨及命题工作,优化教学内容与方法。
定期参与校内外教研活动,学习先进教育理念,提升教学水平。
参与学校导师项目。
完成领导安排的其他教学相关工作。
岗位要求:
硕士学历及以上,具备相应学科的教师资格证书。
三年以上中学教学经验,优秀候选人可放低要求。
英语可以作为工作语言。
具有良好的亲和力、温和的性格、优秀的沟通能力。
身心健康、热爱学生、热爱教育事业。
具有高度的责任心、较强的团队协作精神。
具有先进教育教学理念和勇于创新的精神。
