The U.S. Embassy in Brussels is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Health Unit.
The job holder oversees, directs, and executes all administrative functions and responsibilities for the Health Unit. Acts as a liaison and facilitator between the medical unit staff, officers from different sections of the Mission, and health services in Belgium. Arranges medical appointments, maintains medical records, organizes inventories, facilitates billing and coordinates contractors and vendors responsible for providing essential services.

EDUCATION: 2 years of post-secondary studies.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience as Office Manager/Administrative Assistant.
LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge English, Dutch and French.
