Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, based in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting senior executives by handling communication and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include overseeing diary management, organizing appointments, maintaining records, and performing general clerical tasks as required. The role includes the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks, while some in-office presence may be required. Qualifications Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience, with the ability to provide high-level support to executives. Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational skills to effectively manage schedules and appointments. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise professionally and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated expertise in performing Clerical Skills such as data management, filing, and handling daily administrative tasks. Exceptional time-management abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, tools for scheduling or task management). Prior experience supporting executives in a hybrid or similar professional role is advantageous.
