Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion. Key Responsibilities Handle donation process in a timely manner through various payment channels Provide frontline services to donors, related to donation transactions, information updates, donation receipts, complaints, and other kinds of enquiry, through phone, email and mail Make follow up calls to donors on donation issues Handle issuance and mailing of official receipts and thank you letters Assist supervisor to liaise with internal and external parties for donation related issue Support administrative, filing and inventory management functions of the team Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE equivalent or above Good telephone manner and customer services skills will be an advantage Good in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Proficient in MS Office, English & Chinese word processing Self-motivated, detail-minded, a team player and able to work under pressure Contract period: 1 year (renewable) Interested candidates are invited to submit an online application, by clicking the 'Apply' button.
